I tend to despise AirTran. The flights are always late and the seats uncomfortable. But believe me, my estimation of them just shot up 100-fold:

It is too bad AirTran apologized, reimbursed them and gave them free tickets for anywhere they want to go. Air Tran should have given them a Dr Spock Book or a subscription to Parents magazine instead.
